Founder & Systems AdministratorDennis founded IT's IT LLC over 13 years ago on a straightforward premise: businesses deserve more than a computer guy — they deserve a full IT department. With 25+ years of hands-on experience spanning network engineering, infrastructure design, virtualization, and cybersecurity, Dennis brings enterprise-level expertise to organizations of every size throughout Southwest Florida.
His approach is direct, deeply technical, and built around results. He has a rare ability to take abstract infrastructure concepts and translate them into real-world systems that actually perform — then explain them clearly to the people who rely on them.

Dusty Shelton
Office Manager / Marketing CoordinatorDusty is the operational backbone of IT's IT LLC — a true people networker who keeps the business running behind the scenes. She combines exceptional interpersonal skills with financial expertise as the company's finance manager, ensuring clients and partners alike receive an outstanding experience from first contact through ongoing support.
Deeply committed to the Southwest Florida community, Dusty volunteers extensively for causes including Kiwanis and Special Populations initiatives, and holds a position on the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Level 2 Information Systems TechnicianKevin is a dedicated IT professional with nearly three years at IT's IT LLC, bringing a client-first mindset and a genuine passion for solving complex problems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
Backed by an impressive lineup of industry certifications — including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, PenTest+, Project+, ISC2 Associate (SSCP), ITIL Foundation, and LPI Linux Essentials — Kevin combines deep technical knowledge with the communication skills to make technology work for real people.
Käal Mocanu
Entry Level Information Systems TechnicianKäal is a Charlotte Technical College graduate and certified IT professional with a passion for technology and people. Holding CompTIA A+, Network+, and Server+ certifications, he built his technical foundation through real-world roles — serving as a Substitute Technician for Sarasota County Schools and completing an IT internship with the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners.
With hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, Käal brings fresh energy and a strong work ethic to every client interaction.
